3. Three Simple Steps for Easy Claims Registration: + -

Step 1. Register claim online here or download the form here or written intimation from claimant mentioning policy details and date of death.

Step 2. Submit the Death Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or local authorities. - In case the death certificate is not available, kindly submit the Report issued by Police Authorities or Armed forces declaring death of the Life Assured.

Step 3. Nominee ID, residence proof and account details / bank certificate of the nominee.

5. FAQS + -

1) What should one do in case the Death Certificate is not available?

In case, the death certificate is not issued you may submit report or document issued by the Police Authorities or the Armed forces indicating death of the life assured.


2) What document is required in case both Life Assured and Nominee are dead?

Kindly share the legal heir certificate or succession certificate issued by a competent authority to establish the relationship of the claimant with the life assured along with the claim documents.


3) What should you do if the life insured is reported as missing?

In such a situation we will not be able to process the death claim unless there is missing complaint registered in the jurisdictional police station and the person is not been seen or heard by anyone for the last 7 years from the date of reporting as missing.
